Sydney Lockdown Day 32

Another gold and another gold from our Aussie team! My mornings just continue to get exciting and interesting!!!

I have to admit that I was paying attention to the swimming more so than the meeting I was in. So glad for the option to mute myself or else they would’ve heard me scream!

Their perseverance and dedication to realise their dreams during this tiring time is motivation for me to continue with my life. I jest. I’m tired and I get hangry very easily now.

It’s funny how I don’t feel compelled to watch a lot of dramas now. In fact I’m postponing my drama time till the weekend since I’m so exhausted by the end of the day.

I’m trying to make walks a daily routine and I have a goal of 10,000 steps per walk (or even 9000 is good). I don’t want to overwork myself but it’s so easy to be stuck in this sedentary lifestyle. And it’s unhealthy if I don’t do anything to change it.

And it’s good when you have a friend who has similar goals to you because then it’s also motivating to keep going. And since I can’t go to gyms, walking is what I’m left to do.
